Curate Your Experience
Every wedding is different. We create a personalized coverage plan based on your functions, priorities, locations, and the kind of memories you want to preserve—from engagement and pre-wedding celebrations to the wedding and reception.
Secure Your Date
Once you are happy with your coverage plan, we complete the booking process with 50% advance payment and signing of contract paper. Your date is then officially reserved with the Subhakarya Weddings team.
Documentation
On your wedding day, our photography and cinematography team arrives prepared and on time, working seamlessly through every function.we document your celebration with care, creativity, and respect.
Gallery & Film Delivery
After the wedding, our team carefully selects, edits, and crafts your photographs and films. Your final gallery and cinematic films are delivered according to the agreed timeline—beautifully edited and ready to be relived for years to come.

Yes. We regularly provide Wedding Photography & Videography Services for destination Weddings across Nepal. Travel, accommodation & any applicable logistical expenses are calculated separately & incorporated into your customized package based on the event location & requirements.
Please complete our contact form with your event date and other details. Our team will confirm availability, provide a customized package based on your requirements, & secure your date upon receipt of the advance payment of 50% of the total amount.
You will reveive a selection of 10 edited images along with a social media reel within 72 hours of the event. Your complete edited gallery & final films will be delivered within the timeline specified in your contract.

CO-FOUNDER & Photo EditorSamiksha Acharya is a passionate photographer with a background in psychology, which adds depth and sensitivity to her creative work. She has been actively involved in wedding photography, capturing authentic emotions and timeless moments. As the co-founder of Subhakarya Weddings, she leads a team specializing in photography and videography for weddings, cultural celebrations and milestone events. Under her leadership, the company is successfully creating unforgettable experiences, blending creativity, professionalism, and cultural authenticity in every project.
Yuyush Dhakal
CO-FOUNDER & TECHNICAL DIRECTORA versatile cinematographer whose work spans some of Nepal's most popular reality shows, including Roadies, Ainaa, and Ko Bancha Crorepati, along with numerous documentaries, films, music videos, and advertisements. With a keen eye for storytelling and technical mastery, he has built a reputation for delivering visually compelling content across genres. He also serves as the Technical Director of Subhakarya Weddings, where he leads the photography and videography of weddings and cultural events, capturing timeless moments with cinematic finesse. His unique vision and expertise ensure that every project — from television to personal milestones — is brought to life with cinematic excellence.
Ravi Raj Hamal
Photographer, Digital Marketing Officer, Graphic DesignerRavi Raj Hamal, a creative professional, brings a dynamic blend of strategy, design, and visual storytelling into the digital space. With a strong foundation in digital marketing, graphic design, and professional photography, he specializes in transforming ideas into impactful brand experiences.
Ravi began his journey as a Digital Marketing Intern at Inflancer Technology, where he gained hands-on experience in campaign execution, audience targeting, and performance optimization. He further honed his creative skills as a Graphic Designer at Mastakala Crafts, designing visually compelling content that strengthened brand identity and communication.
Currently, Ravi is working at Subhakarya Weddings as a Digital Marketing professional, Graphic Designer, and Photographer. Here, he leads data-driven marketing campaigns, crafts engaging visuals, and captures meaningful moments through photography. His work seamlessly blends aesthetics with strategy, helping brands grow, connect with audiences, and stand out in the digital era.
Krishna Lamichhane Magar
Video Editor / VideographerKrishna Lamichhane Magar is a skilled visual storyteller with expertise in video editing and videography, bringing ideas to life through compelling and meaningful visuals.
Currently working at Subhakarya Weddings as a Video Editor and Videographer, he creates engaging video content that blends technical precision with creative vision. His work reflects a strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and production quality.
Previously, Krishna worked as a Cinematographer, producing five music videos, and spent three years as a Focus Puller and Light Grapher under renowned cinematographer Shiva Dhakal. These experiences strengthened his skills in camera work, lighting, and cinematic production.

Lalitpur, NepalA Day Full of Smiles
Jyoti had always wanted to do her pre-wedding shoot in Kathmandu, and Rishabh travelled all the way from New Delhi just to make that happen for her. Throughout the shoot, he was always ready to try something new, even if it meant stepping a little outside his comfort zone—just to see Jyoti smile.
From the moment we met them, both were warm, cheerful, and so easy to work with. It was actually our first time meeting, but it never really felt that way. Within a short while, we were laughing, talking, and working together like we had known each other for much longer.
There were plenty of poses, little jokes, random laughs, and spontaneous moments throughout the day. Nothing felt too forced. They simply enjoyed being together, and that made our job so much easier.
By the end of the shoot, Jyoti and Rishabh were genuinely happy with the experience, and so were we. We came to capture their pre-wedding memories, but somewhere along the way, we also made a few beautiful memories of our own.
Sometimes, the best shoots aren't just about the pictures—they're about the people you meet along the way.

They were completely themselves—laughing, teasing each other, enjoying every little moment, and celebrating with the people they love. Nothing felt forced, which made every moment even more special to capture.
For our team at Subhakarya Weddings, it was a joy to be there and document the beginning of their forever. We didn't just capture an engagement ceremony; we captured the little moments, emotions, and laughter that made their day uniquely theirs.
Shreya & Samagya
Lalitpur, NepalA Beautiful Last-Minute Beginning
Shreya and Samagya came into our lives just a few days before their engagement ceremony. They had originally booked another photography and videography team, but when that team unexpectedly backed out at the last moment, our paths crossed—and we’re so glad they did.
From the very beginning, we noticed how beautifully different they were. Shreya was expressive, energetic, and naturally extroverted, while Samagya was quieter and more reserved. But his shyness never came in the way of showing her how much she meant to him.
One moment that stayed with us was when Samagya bought flowers for Shreya and patiently waited on the stairs, just to be there when she arrived—to catch her first glance and welcome her with a smile and flowers in his hands. It was such a simple gesture, but it spoke volumes about the love between them.
He was equally patient and understanding throughout the shoot, even while we took our time capturing those little beauty shots. There was never any hesitation or rush—just a quiet willingness to be part of the process and let us tell their story the way we envisioned it.
And when the ceremony began, both of them simply let themselves be present. Surrounded by their loved ones, they laughed, celebrated, and enjoyed every little moment without overthinking it.
For us, Shreya and Samagya’s engagement was a simple and sweet reminder that sometimes the most beautiful stories are found in the smallest gestures—the flowers, the waiting, the laughter, and the quiet ways two people choose to love each other.
We’re grateful that, even though we met them at the very last moment, we got to be a small part of such a beautiful beginning.
